Torture of Children: a Secret Shame

To mark Human Rights Day, Amnesty International has published a report on torture and children. Children are perhaps the most vulnerable group in society, but according to Amnesty, abuse and torture are widespread and everywhere they follow the same pattern. The report labels this as "the world's secret shame." 2000.
