Legal advice on matters relating to both mental health and asylum law can be accessed through a number of organisations - many of which provide a free service. Some specialise in human rights and others in mental health or asylum law. Clients have a right to legal representation when entering a Mental Health Review Tribunal or Immigration Appeal Tribunal.
